Disaster Declaration for the State of California

 The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has not issued a disaster declaration for California counties affected by fires, however, in an abundance of caution in response to widespread uncontained fires, OCMBC has decided to pause closing / funding in the following counties until the fires are contained and or FEMA declares a disaster.

 If the subject property is in one of the designated parishes above, please refer to OCMBC Disaster Policy for full requirements. 

OCMBC will continue to monitor the impacted areas, and we may add or remove counties on the list above as necessary.
